1. "My close friend has had the same problems mentioned by several others. He says he wished he had known this before he ever paid for his divorce. He paid over $2000.00 four years ago for a divorce that involved property and no kids. He has gone to his office hundreds of times and called probably over a thousand times in the four years. He never gets a returned call, never even gets any information from his Para-legal; He is still not divorced and has not even been in court yet. Mr. Mena is by far the worse lawyer in El Paso. I do not understand why he has not been sanctioned by the bar association. What do they do anyway?"

2. "I am having the same problem as the customer from the previous post; I have called on numerous occasions and he will not call me back. I have set appointments and either he or his secretary will call and cancel. Hearings were reset over and over, delaying my case. Additionally, while in court, he did not address the items we discussed in his office. And, after all of that, I am still dealing with delays and court resets. I am very unsatisfied."
3. "Never returned any of our calls, paid him in June and now at the end of December we still have no case and no work done. We have been trying to contact him for months and he never calls back, very frustrating. I will have to try to get my money back now."
